The messaging app allows you to now include suggested animated effects on any letter or message you are typing. Emojis and stickers are now available as Tapack features on SMS and iMessage. Meanwhile, you can schedule messages to send at a particular time of the day. Your scheduled message will always remain in the conversation section waiting for the set time. While the message is still scheduled, you can edit it if there are any mistakes or something to add.

One of the most important changes the iOS 18 has brought is the Messages via satellite feature which offers a more advanced experience. Now, if at any point, you do not have a WiFi connection or a working cellular connection, you can still send and receive end-to-end encrypted iMessage and SMS. With Dynamic Island, users always know when they are connected to a satellite. Because iMessage was built to protect user privacy.The iOS 18 delivers an improved writing format that allows you bold, underline, strike-through, or italic the message. Obviously, this feature will be available to iPhone 14 or later users.
