A new study by pCloud has gathered search data to reveal the phones most likely to break, get cracked screen or water damage in the UK.
Every year there are over 700k searches in the UK around broken phones and how to fix them, with 213k around phone screen breakages alone! But which models are the most fragile?

The study analysed model-specific searches around damaged phones and how to get them working again to discover which phones are easily busted.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 received 19,640 searches around breaking and how to fix it, closely followed by the iPhone 7 with 18,760 searches.
Apple products totalled 390,480 broken phone searches in the last 12 months alone, whilst Samsung had 132,040 searches.
The iPhone 11 tops the list for cracked screens ????
A cracked phone screen is enough to ruin anyone’s day, and if you own an iPhone 11, it looks like you are more likely to get one, with 28,120 cracked screen searches specific to the model throughout the last year. In second and third place were the Samsung Galaxy S10 and the S10 plus.
iPhones received 124,080 searches in 12 months around broken iPhone screens, whilst Samsung phones received 51,480.

The iPhone X is prone to water damage, despite being water-resistant ????
From looking at search terms around water damage, the study showed that despite the iPhone X claiming to be water-resistant, the model topped the table with 7,120 searches around water damage from unhappy consumers.
Overall, Apple phones received 140,440 searches of users looking for support for water damage in the last 12 months, whilst Samsung received 21,520.
